October, 2000, Valhalla, NY- In order to provide more flexibility for its end users and solution providers, Calltrol Corporation has introduced a modular pricing strategy for its software products.  The objective of modular pricing is to increase customization levels and improve ROI for contact center applications based on its Calltrol Server Software platform. 

Prior to this change, Calltrol marketed just four feature bundles of its Calltrol Server Software, priced according to functionality.  With modular pricing, developers may select from nine defined feature bundles or create their own feature bundles from ten standard telephony functions including high performance Predictive Dialing, ACD, Voice Processing, Intelligent Call Routing, Monitoring, Coaching and Recording.
